Grown organically in the big sun of Dunnigan Hills this Italian white is picked nice and early to ensure freshness. Windmill has quickly become one of our favorite spots for sourcing our summer wines.

Method

Barrel fermentation at low temperature helps to lock in the beautifully floral and citrusy nose on this wine. We don't waste any timing getting this wine to bottle as it tailor made for the warm weather.

Vermentino is beloved in Italy for being a versitile food wine, equally comfortable as a cocktail as it is paired with freshly shucked oysters, or shirmp ceviche. Ours definitly fits the bill with layers of crisp citrus, lychee and a slight herbaceous undertones. A porch pounder at 12%abv.
