Grown organically in the big sun of Dunnigan Hills this Italian white is picked nice and early to ensure freshness. Windmill has quickly become one of our favorite spots for sourcing our summer wines.

Method

A mix of barrel and amphora fermentations at low temperature helps to lock in the beautifully floral and citrusy nose on this wine. This wine displays a unique mix of richness, saltiness and bright acidity that is rarely found in this delightful of a combo.
