Where This lovely Italian style white blend comes from three absolutely incredible CCOF Certified Organic vineyards. We source Vermentino from Grand Vin Vineayard, Chardonnay from Vista Luna Vineyard both in Sunny Lodi and Greco Di Tufo from Windmill Vineyard in Dunnigan Hills.

Method

All three variatals were stainless steel fermented at a low temperature to maintain maximum aromatics and freshness then blended to a total of 40% Vermentino 39% Greco Bianco & 21% Chardonnay

This Italian style white wine blend combines the best of three varietals to create a complex and intriguing profile. On the nose, aromas of fresh tropical fruit, peach, and a hint of minerality.
