WHERE Located in beautiful Carmel Valley. The vines are CCOF organic and dry farmed at between 1200 and 1500 feet of Elevation. Planted in 1982, this vineyard is now meticulously tended to by our good friend lan Brand, making this a must have for chardonnay lovers.

HOW The wine was spontaneously fermented and then aged in 20% New Oak (Hungarian/Austrian). This wine is bright and citrusy with balanced acid and smooth finish.

WHEN Chardonnay is super versitile at the dinner table. It is equally at home with an herb roasted chicken with root vegetables as it is with butter basted pan seared scallops.
